Management of «FDA Laboratory» LLC continually devote much attention to ensuring proper training level of the staff of analytical laboratory. According to the embedded quality system and pre-designed training plan schedule, laboratory staff participates in various scientific conferences and trainings both in Armenia and abroad.

Trainings are held by trainers from internationally recognized research centers and renowned universities.

 

«FDA Laboratory» LLC analytical laboratory staff at various times has participated in the two-week trainings held at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Idstein, within the framework of the project «Strengthening of food testing and metrology in the countries of the South Caucasus», funded by the National Institute of Metrology of the Federal Republic of Germany (PTB).

 

Apart from trainings overseas, with support of the National Institute of Metrology of Germany, the laboratory periodically invites internationally recognized experts who carried out practical trainings in the laboratory.

 

Laboratory holds online trainings with experts of leading European food and drug laboratories as well, and, in particular, during those sessions the most requested food testing methods are being developed and validated.

 

Laboratory staff also takes part in international conferences. Thus, in 2015 our young professionals took part in the «EuroAnalysis 2015» conference held in the Bordeaux, France, that was dedicated to the latest achievements of analytical chemistry. At this conference, the specialists of the analytical laboratory «FDA Laboratory» LLC presented the method for the determination of phthalates in food.

 

To this day one of the major goal and objective of «FDA Laboratory» LLC management mission was and is the continuous development of skills and knowledge of its employees.
