During the visit to the laboratory, high-ranking officials got acquainted with the capabilities and functions of ultra-modern laboratory equipment.

 

The Prime Minister has stressed the importance of such laboratory and its activities, indicating that all food manufacturers are required to provide high quality products to the public, and such laboratories can reveal all quality violations.

 

"Our goal is to create a network of such testing laboratories, which will test the validity of all products and give a permission, before providing any food product to the public," said the Prime Minister. During their visit the high officials were acquainted with the most modern equipment, functions and capabilities of the laboratory.

 

Minister said that high quality expertise is required in order to export high quality products to the European market. Unfortunately, such expertise is still conducted only in European laboratories.

 

Health Minister said that the existence of such laboratories is required, as they will help to relieve the overloaded of the pharmaceutical agency laboratory.

 

Thus, “FDA Laboratory” LLC has a capability to perform analysis of locally produced or imported drugs and food products, as well as to conduct quality, bioequivalence and microbiological tests, ensuring high quality standards, which in turn will stimulate local production and export of high-quality products.
