The results of the latest interlaboratory tests of this year as well as the previous ones provided the most accurate results.

 

This time microbiological quantitative studies of meat products were carried out with the following indicators:

 

 

• Clostridium perfringens
• Sulphite-reducing bacteria
• Coagulase positive staphylococci

 

The above 3 indicators are accurate and compatible.
