Interlaboratory testings
Analytical laboratory «FDA Laboratory» LLC regularly takes part in the interlaboratory comparisons (ILCs) and comparative proficiency testing (PTs).
The laboratory is involved only in the professional tests organized by providers accredited with the ISO/IEC 17043 standard.
The purpose of such comparative studies is to evaluate the accuracy of the analysis/expertise, to perform continuous monitoring of the analysis quality, as well to apply and assess the quality control requirements consistently.
Participation in such comparative studies is mandatory for obtaining the international accreditation, as it is proving that the laboratory constantly monitors the quality of the tests performed and provides the maximally accurate results.
