Presentation of the first Armenian manual of chromatography (HPLC)

The first Armenian manual of “Applied high-performance liquid chromatography” is published. The author of the manual is Sergey Hayrapetyan employee of analytical laboratory “FDA Laboratory” LLC, Doctor of chemical sciences.

Applied high-performance liquid chromatography and the technical means related to it have recently became prevailing analytical methods not only in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and environmental laboratories, but also in the monitoring of therapeutic medicines. HPLC is also applied in different fields of production conducting quality control of raw material, intermediate and final products.

The manual has more practical approaches, which therefore give an opportunity to solve the common issues in HPLC and to fix possible defects. The theoretical part is clearly understandable, there are no complicated formulas and deep theoretical discussions. The book also includes specialized glossary that can later become a basis for creating dictionary of chromatography. The book can serve as a guide not only for analytical laboratory “FDA Laboratory” LLC  but also for the laboratories, who conduct analytical activities, for the specialists who are interested in the field of chromatography, for the universities as well as for the interested companies.

Publication of the book as well as the book presentation were sponsored by “Tonus-Les” LLC.

Representatives from ministries of Nature Protection, Agriculture, Economic Development and investments, State Service for Food Safety, national and international organizations, pharmaceutical companies, universities as well as specialist and students of the field were present at the  presentation of the book. The presentation of the book was also broadcasted in media.
