The food quality and safety analysis department of the ''FDA Laboratory'' LLC conducted Proficiency Testing (PT) for the determination of metals in test samples received by the  United Kingdom's LGC Standards National Institute for chemical and bioanalytical measurement.

 

During the PT analyses, the following safety indicators regulating metals were determined using the "Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry" instrument:

• Arsenic,
• Cadmium,
• Lead,
• Zinc.

 

The fish product was the analysis sample.

 

Proficiency Testing proves the impartiality and accuracy of the laboratory's work.
